Create a cash flow financial statement

How to use the sample cashflow statement templates to create statements in Financial Statement Designer in Sage 300 CRE.

The attached statement designs are templates to use with Sage 300 CRE sample data. Don’t place these files in your data folder. Financial Statement Designer files are specific to each data folder.

The zip file contains examples of cash flow statements and comparative balance sheet designs. It includes the accumulators, prefix groups, and a statement group for the sample data.

1. Download the appropriate file.
2. Locate and right-click the saved file.
3. Select Extract and save the file.
4. Use File Tools to restore the tszip financial statement files to the sample data folder.
5. Open these designs in the sample data using Financial Statement Designer.
6. Use these designs as templates to guide you in creating custom cash flow statements for your data.
