Print a certified report for a non-certified job

The default certified report in Payroll requires that you select the Certified job. It also requires you to mark the Daily Entry checkbox for entries to appear on the report.

Recommendation

If you entered time as non-certified and you need a Certified report or Aatrix certified reports, void and reissue the checks with certified time.

Workarounds

You used the Hourly Distribution window

If you entered daily time with the Hourly Distribution window to a non-certified job, temporarily delete the "Certified EQ X" condition from the certified report. Locate the report in Payroll, Reports, Other, Certified Report.

You used the Date column

If you entered daily time with the Date Column to a non-certified job, download and print the report below. This report will show the time entries as certified. This report mirrors the default certified report.

We've provided the attached report as a possible solution to your issue. Quality Assurance hasn't review the report. This report is for reporting purposes only. Don't use this report when you need to submit a certified report for the government.

You can modify it to meet your reporting needs or for use with future releases of the software. Contact your Sage Consultant or Sage Expert Services if you need assistance with modifying the report.

The attached report uses the following default report conditions:

• Pay type is regular or overtime
• The Date on the time records needs a value and can’t be blank
• The Job on the time records needs a value and can’t be blank
• The Period end date is a required prompt field on the report

You can Add or Delete conditions as needed to meet your specific reporting needs.
