Enter your Sage Customer Number, nothing happens when a report is launched
Description
Items to note:
- Sage customer number prompt pops up every time an Aatrix report is generated within Sage HRMS
- The Sage customer number isn’t being stored in the Sage HRMS product anywhere, so the customer will have to re-enter it each time they run an Aatrix report (in other words, Sage isn’t transferring this number to Aatrix now).
- If you run an Aatrix report and nothing happens (the report doesn’t load), the screen prompt that’s asking for your Sage Customer Number may be behind another window awaiting your response.

Resolution
Enter your Sage Customer number when prompted.
If you don’t know your Sage customer number, select "No, I don't have my customer number."
If an Aatrix report isn’t loading, minimize the program and see if there’s a dialog box that is hidden prompting for your Sage customer number.
