The message appears when a pointer in the table is pointing to a record that doesn't exist in Sage BusinessWorks.
Rebuild the Accounts Payable (AP) data files to reindex the records.
- Have all users exit the program.
- Perform a backup of the company by selecting File, Backup.
- Select AP, Utilities, Rebuild AP Data Files.

If the error continues after rebuilding data files, contact Sage Customer Support. They’ll escalate for data analysis to review the data.
