Error: "There was a problem activating..." when Actian is damaged

Note: If the error occurs at the server, perform these steps at the server first; if the error continues on the workstation after this, but not the server, repeat these steps at each affected workstation.

1. Follow How to manually uninstall Actian Zen database engine.
2. Then follow How to manually install Actian Zen.
3. Open Sage 50 and activate.
