Summary
The error "Your Sage 100 subscription has expired. You can continue using the software for 45 days. Contact Sage before xx/xx/xxxx to renew your subscription" occurs when accessing Sage 100c.
Description
You’ll be able to access Sage 100 until the date noted in the error message.
Resolution
Verify your plan expiration date
- Open Library Master, Setup, System Configuration.
- On the Modules tab, verify the Sage 100 Subscription Expiration Date is correct.
- If the Sage 100 Expiration Date is incorrectly showing expired, click the Edit button on the Registration tab.
NOTE: If you have any questions or need to renew your subscription plan, contact Sage Sales Advisor at 800-854-3415. Contact Sales before the date noted in the error message.
If receiving an error when selecting the Update button on the Sage 100 Registration screen, select the resolution for your error below.
- The system Configuration window closes after clicking the Update button
- Couldn’t contact the license and subscription service in the allowed time. If the problem continues, contact Sage Support
Verify your current version and upgrade if necessary
- From the main menu go to Help, About Sage 100.
- A window will pop up showing the version number.
- If the version shows 2022 or higher, contact support for further troubleshooting.
- If your version shows 2021 or lower, upgrade to the current supported version.
