Description
Cause
- Incorrect number of DDF files or damaged DDF files in the company folder
- Damaged Actian installation
Resolution
- Verify that no users are logged into the affected company.
- Browse to the directory where the company is stored. See How to locate company directories
- Delete all files of the type .DDF in the directory.Note: If there are fewer than 12 DDF files in the directory, verify that there are 12 after opening the company and signing in again. If there are not, see How to completely remove and reinstall Pervasive/Actian
Try enabling the Sage 50 R2x plugin in Paya Connect Desktop again and verify that the issue is resolved.
