How to Update Registration and Subscription Information in Sage 100

Use these steps to Update Registration and Subscription information.



Use the procedure below to download your new product key into Sage 100 if you have made changes to your license or subscription plan.

You can also manually enter your product key. For more information, see "Activate or Edit Registration Information" in Sage 100 Help.(or Related Resources with manual steps to enter a new Product Key and User Key, etc.)


CAUTION: Use caution when working with the below product functionality. Always create a backup of your data before proceeding with advanced solutions. If necessary, seek the assistance of a qualified Sage business partner, network administrator, or Sage customer support analyst.

To update license and subscription information in Sage 100 (version 2016 and later):

  1. Use one of the following methods to open the System Configuration window:
    1. Log on using the Administrator account. In the Administrative Tools screen, click System Configuration.
    2. Select Library Master, Main, System Configuration
  2. Click the Registration tab.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Click Accept.
    The system checks for and updates your product key so that your new license and/or subscription takes effect.
