Update registration and subscription details after license change

Summary

Apply updated license or subscription information in Sage 100 using the System Configuration window. Ensure Sage 100 reflects new product key or subscription plan changes.

Resolution

  1. Log in using the Administrator account.
  2. Open Administrative Tools then click System Configuration.
  3. Or go to Library Master, Main, System Configuration.
  4. Click the Registration tab.
  5. Click Update.
  6. Click Accept.
  7. The system checks and applies the new product key.
