Sage BusinessWorks shows a structed storage file error when temporary PDF files become corrupted. Clearing the Temp folder restores successful direct deposit advice printing in Sage BusinessWorks.

Clear temporary files

This error occurs when temporary PDF files in the Windows Temp folder become corrupted.

  1. Exit all applications.
  2. Browse to C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Local\Temp.
  3. Select all files in the Temp folder.
  4. Delete the selected files.
  5. Select SKIP for any files Windows won’t delete.

NOTE:

Complete these steps on both the workstation and the server.

After clearing the Temp folders, retry printing the direct deposit advices.
