Error: "...Specified file isn’t a Structed storage file"

Clear temporary files

This error occurs when temporary PDF files in the Windows Temp folder become corrupted.

  1. Exit all applications.
  2. Browse to C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Local\Temp.
  3. Select all files in the Temp folder.
  4. Delete the selected files.
  5. Select SKIP for any files Windows won’t delete.

NOTE:

Complete these steps on both the workstation and the server.

After clearing the Temp folders, retry printing the direct deposit advices.
