Important: Do not follow these steps if you are uninstalling and reinstalling Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate on a server or stand-alone computer. Instead refer to

SECTION 1: Uninstall the software and related components. - Exit all Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate applications on the workstation.
- Go to Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features.
- If you have Sage Estimating installed, remove Estimating first:
- Select Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Estimating from the program list.
- Click Uninstall.
- Remove Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate client software:
- Select Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Accounting Client from the program list.
- Click Uninstall.
- If no other software uses the Pervasive or Actian PSQL Workgroup Engine, uninstall it next:
- Select one of the following depending on version:
- Pervasive PSQL [version] Workgroup Engine (for version 15.1 and earlier)
- Actian PSQL [version] Workgroup Engine (for version 16.1 and later)
- Click Uninstall.
Note: Delete remaining files and registry keys related to Pervasive or Actian by following How do I uninstall Pervasive/Actian? - Repeat this process for the following additional components (if found):
- DeployAatrix
- Event 1 Core Services
- Event 1 Function Selector
- Module SDK
- Office Connector
- Office Connector (Remove Only)
- Sage Office Connector Menu Integration
- Sage.CRE.PJCorrLogExchangeAddinSetup
- SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET (32-bit)
- Exit Programs and Features.
Note: The Windows Add or Remove Programs utility only removes Sage 300 application files and registry folders created during the installation process. It does not return the workstation to its original state. Files and registry values modified or created during the use of Sage 300 CRE may still exist. - Left over files can interfere with re-installing or upgrading. Rename the following folders if they exist to prevent this. If you are not planning on reinstalling you can delete these folders.
Note: If you delete these files or folders you may lose any settings or documents previously created.

SECTION 2: Use the Windows Registry Editor to rename the following subkeys:

- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Pervasive
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Sage
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Timberline
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Timberline
SECTION 3: Remove the Timberline path statement in the environment variable path.
Note: If you are plan on re-installing or upgrading, skip this step.
- Select Windows Start, right-click My Computer, then select Properties.
- Go to Advanced tab, Environment Variables.
- In the System variables section, select Path, then Edit.
- Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to find and delete the entry for C:\Program Files\Timberline Office\Shared.
Note: Semi-colons ( ; ) are used to separate path statements for different applications. - Select OK three times.
Note: You can also delete all remaining Windows Desktop icons or shortcuts for Sage. This includes those in the Windows Start menu.
You have now removed Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate from your computer. You can no longer access Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate applications.
