Follow the steps to process and print your W-2s
If you prefer to follow step-by-step guidance, use the steps below.
1. Select to process W-2s
Select PR, Taxes, Print W-2.
Select the W-2/W-3 form for the current year, then click OK. NOTE:The previous year form will display until you perform an update. The update for the W-2s, 940, and 1099s is available around December 20 of the current year.
2. Update tax forms, if necessary
Select Automatic Update on the Forms Update screen.
Select COMPLETE W-2 eFiling Service to have your forms eFiled with Aatrix. Aatrix will submit the forms electronically to tax agencies, and W-2s printed and mailed to the employees. NOTE:COMPLETE W-2 eFiling Service is a fee-based service.
