NOTE: Use an alternate solution if the abort occurs immediately going into the Enter Pending Invoices task or upon selecting a specific pending invoice session. Try these solutions in the following order. Resize the task window Try resizing the task window wider before making any entries. Stretch the task window taller and wider to make all the columns on the distribution grid visible. If there’s another task window that error, resize the problem window to match the size of the working window. If you resize the task window and later rename the Accounts Payable registry key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Timberline\Accounts Payable) or Timberline registry key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Timberline), resize the windows again. Change the Windows Display settings Change the text size Change the Windows Display text size to 100% Smaller on each affected workstation. Usually, you also need to adjust the screen resolution with a downward adjustment to resolve the error. For example, if you set your screen resolution to 1920x1080, adjust it to 1440x900. The options will vary between monitors and their sizes. Select an option that works best for you. Change the theme Change the Windows Display Theme to the default, for example Windows 7 theme. (Windows Start button, Control Panel, Appearance and Personalization, Personalization, Change the theme.)
