• Update being blocked by UAC (User Account Control)
• Update blocked by antivirus or internet security software
• Update needed to run under elevated privileges

Section I: Run the update as administrator

1. Select Do not restart.
2. Browse to Updates folder in your data path, refer to How to find data path and program path.
3. Right-click executable file, and then select Run as administrator.
4. Verify the update now installs.

Section II: Disable anti-virus

1. Follow your anti-virus program documentation for temporarily disabling real-time scanning.
2. Verify the update now installs.
