Resolution | Change your device The steps you need to follow depend on whether you have access to your current 2FA device. Select the option below to find out more. ▼ You have access to your current 2FA device - Log in to Sage Account Management with your email address and password.
- Enter your verification code using your chosen method.
- Select 2-factor authentication.
 - Select Remove.

- Enter your password and log in.
- Enter your 6-digit verification code from your chosen method.
 - You've turned off 2FA for your previous device. You can now set up 2FA on your new device.
