The steps you need to follow depend on whether you have access to your current 2FA device. Select an option below to find out more. ▼ You have access to your current 2FA device - Log in to Sage Account Management with your email address and password.
- Enter your verification code using your chosen method.
- Select 2-factor authentication.
 - Select Remove.

- Enter your password and log in.
- Enter your 6-digit verification code from your chosen method.
 - You've turned off 2FA for your previous device. You can now set up 2FA on your new device.
▼ You don't have access to your existing device - Log in to your product.
- Select Verify a different way instead.
 - Select Recovery code.
NOTE: If you don't have access to your recovery code, contact Sage support. - Enter the 24-digit code presented to you when you set up 2FA.
- Select Remove the device and add a new one.

- Select Send 2-factor authentication email. This sends an email to allow you to set up your new device.
