How to unlock your Sage account

Resolution
  1. An alert appears on the Log in to Sage window. You'll receive an email containing a link to verify your email address.
    Login page to Sage Account. You see where Sage Account tells you it's blocked.

  2. Click the link on the email to unlock your account and try logging in again.
     NOTE: Find out what to do if you’ve not received an activation or verification email.
  3. If you've forgotten your password, use the forgot password link on the login screen to reset it.
