Information

  • Archiving work orders also archives the invoices associated with the workers
  • You may not be able to archive work orders from Agreements or with Purchase Orders
  • See information about a known "Cannot find table 0" error that may occur when archiving Service Management data

Archive data

  1. Back up your data files.
  2. Start Service Management.
  3. From the Tools menu, select Archive Wizard.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Have all operators close Service Management, and click Next.
  6. Select the Current to History button or History to Current depending on what you need to move.
  7. In the Set Criteria window, select the appropriate criteria to include the work orders you need to archive.
  8. Click Start to move the work orders.
  9. Click Finish.
