Outdated or damaged DDF files

1. Browse to your company's folder.
2. Delete all files with extension *.DDF.
3. Attempt to open your company.

If the problem persists:

1. Browse to the data path.
2. Delete the Reports folder.
3. Run a Repair on Sage 50 Accounting.
4. Reinstall any updates.

Damaged company data folder

1. Create a clean data folder and perform an expendable file cleanup.
2. Verify that you're able to log in to the company.

Bad conversion

1. Restore backup made before previous conversion.
2. Convert the company again and verify that you can log in to the company.
