Delete the launcher registry key
- Log in to Windows as the Sage BusinessWorks user experiencing the issue.
- Open Windows Start, type Run, then type REGEDIT.
- Select HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
- Select Software.
- Select Sage.
- Select Sage BusinessWorks.
- Select 2.0.
- Select the Launcher folder.
- Right‑click Launcher, and select Delete.
Reopen Sage BusinessWorks
- Open Sage BusinessWorks.
- The system opens the SAMPLE company.
- Select File, Select Company, and choose your company before processing.
