Description
- The system set the Administrator password during the installation of Sage 100
- The Administrator logon is the only account in Sage 100 that can access the Administrative Tools window
- The Administrator Tools allows change of the Administrator password, setup up of Roles, and maintenance of other Users
Resolution
Support Plan and Contact
- You must have a valid support agreement or be working with a Sage Business Partner
- Be a valid contact listed on your Customer Account
- If you're not on the Authorized Contact list, add an authorized contact for support
Create a Support Ticket
On-line Support Ticket
- Create a support ticket by going to Sage Customer Portal.
- Sign in, then select Manage Cases, Submit a New Case, Sage 100 Question Category Subcategory Subject Detailed description.
Chat with Sage
- Contact us via Sage 100 chat
Fill out the Employee Declaration form
- Complete the Employee Declaration form - including the Support Ticket Number.
NOTE: A form with missing information, including the Support Ticket Number, won’t get processed.
Send the form to Sage
- Scan and email the form to [email protected]. Include your Account Number and Support Ticket Number in the email Subject line
- If you created your ticket for resetting the Administrator password, the ticket will be Free of Charge

After filling out and emailing the Employee Declaration form, call Support at (800) 854-3415 (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM PT) for further assistance with resetting your Administrator Password.
