Error: "Access Violation..." when using Enter Payments

You receive an access violation error message when entering payments in Sage BusinessWorks. The first time you enter a payment it posts without error and the second will produce an error.

Symptoms that you encounter:

• Access violation at address xxxxxxx in module rtl260.bpl.  Write of address xxxxxxx
• Enter payment screen disappears
• Access violation at address 00000000 in module 'Task2013.exe'. Execution of address 00000000

• Download and install Sage BusinessWorks SP9
• You can also upgrade to Sage BusinessWorks 2024
