Error: "Access Violation..." or screen disappears working in Accounts Payable

You receive an access violation error message or the screen disappears when working in Accounts Payable in Sage BusinessWorks.

Symptoms that you encounter:

• Access violation at address xxxxxxx in module rtl260.bpl.  Write of address xxxxxxx
• Access violation at address 00000000 in module 'Task2013.exe'. Execution of address 00000000
• "BW32-task 2015 has stopped working" when voiding a payment
• Screens that disappear

• Download and install Sage BusinessWorks 2023 SP11 or higher
• You can also upgrade to Sage BusinessWorks 2024 or higher
