Telnet test fails
Description
"The Network Communication Test failed. Install wizard was unable to connect to the database engine (ports 3351, 1583)"
Cause
Resolution
  1. Stop and restart the database engine on the server.
  2. Confirm that ports 1583 and 3351 are open in the firewall.
  3. Uninstall the database engine at the Server.
  4. Reinstall Sage BusinessWorks.

NOTE:

Firewalls see Sage BusinessWorks as an Internet application. Firewalls try to block Internet applications. Read any firewall warnings that appear and allow Sage BusinessWorks tasks. Tasks include w3dbsmgr.exe, ntdbsmgr.exe, zenengine.exe, bwlauncher.exe, bwserver.exe and taskxxxx.exe. Where "xxxx" are numbers.
