[BCB:3:Network warning:ECB] - Start, Control Panel, Windows Firewall.
- Advanced Settings.
- Select Inbound Rules.
- Click New Rule.
- Click Port, and Next.
- Select TCP.
- Enter the following numbers: 3351, 1583.
- Allow the connection, Next.
- Type a Name for the port rules, and a description if desired, Finish.
- Select Outbound Rules.
- Repeat steps 4-9 above.
