You can log in to the Customer Portal with a Primary Contact's credentials to manage your contacts.
Only the primary contact on the account can update the credit card information. Log in as a Primary Contact to manage your payment details.
Log in to the Customer Portal to get access to your product serial numbers and activation codes.
Log in to the Customer Portal and select Support tickets to create and view your support tickets.
Log in to the Customer Portal to update your profile and other details. The primary contact on the account can add new contacts and manage existing ones.
A pop-up blocker can block the new credit card validation. Temporarily disable the pop-up blocker, then enable it again after updating the credit card details.
Go to the Customer Portal login page and reset your password.
