• Once you've printed all W-2s, the system will prompt you to print your W-3  

• To print the Federal forms in Sage BusinessWorks, ensure you're ordering the correct ones
• If you’re eFiling the forms, there's no need to order any

• Aatrix releases the forms update for the W-2s, 940 and 1099s around December 20 each year

• You can manually edit any of the numbers that appear on the W-2 grid in Enhanced Tax Reporting
• Ensure the changes you make reconcile with your quarterly reports
   CAUTION: Manually adjusting the field won’t overwrite information in Sage BusinessWorks. If you don't resolve the root cause of the discrepancy, it will cause discrepancies with your tax forms and Sage BusinessWorks totals

• You can print corrected W-2 forms or file a W-2c if you need to amend a W-2
