1. Add your account to the Database Administration user list and refresh the Company List.
2. Verify that the user login is in the company’s 7-2-2 User List.
3. Verify the upgrade of the company’s database.
4. Verify the server and the workstation versions are the same.
5. Restore from the company's current backup.
6. Verify if the company database shows "Recovery Pending" status in SQL Server Management Studio.
7. Unlock files on the server.
8. Verify if IT restored the server from an image after a server crash.
9. Verify that the SQL-authenticated user login or Windows-authenticated user login doesn't show a broken status.
10. Repair SQL-authenticated user login.
