The program is asking for a MANAGER login

  • The system defaults to MANAGER log in 
    • if this is a new installation
    • Or you moved the program to a new computer
  • The default login is User ID MANAGER with the Password left blank

You can't access any modules, your custom forms are missing, and my users are missing

  1. Select File, Select Company and select SAMPLE.
  2. Then restore a System backup. The System files contain your custom forms, users and security, product registration. 
  3. Once you restore the System files, log out of the program and log back in. 
  4. If a System backup isn’t available.
