The program is asking for a MANAGER login

• You’ll receive a prompt to log in as Manager if this is a new installation or you migrated to a new computer
• The default login to Sage BusinessWorks is User ID MANAGER with the Password left blank

You can't access any modules, your custom forms are missing, and my users are missing

1. Select File, Select Company and select SAMPLE.
2. Then restore a System backup. The System files contain your custom forms, users and security, product registration. 
3. Once you restore the System files, log out of the program and log back in. 
4. If a System backup isn’t available.
   • Manually reenter your registration information
   • Set up your users and security
   • Recreate your custom forms

I’m receiving an error message when installing the Sage BusinessWorks product

• Administrator login displays when installing or performing exclusive tasks
• Administrator login displays when accessing DBRegister
• Error: "The Sage BusinessWorks installation originally performed by user xxx on this workstation is version yyy"
• Error: "File C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Sage\Sage BusinessWorks\BWUser.ini not found"
• Error: "Datasource name not found and no default driver specified"
• Error: Error: "An error has occurred while attempting to upgrade the database..."
