1. Ensure your system meets our system requirements.
2. In your old version.
   • Back up your companies
   • Rebuild all modules in your companies
   • After the rebuild completes backup your companies, including System
3. Uninstall Pervasive.
4. Download Sage BusinessWorks 2020.
5. Install Sage BusinessWorks 2020.
6. Update your company databases.
7. Upgrade to the current version of Sage BusinessWorks.
8. Install the most current service pack.
9. Update all your company databases.
